Car Pickup

  1. The driver must share with the photo provider of the driver’s license (country of origin or International license)
  2. The driver must share with the provider a photo of himself, ID/passport.
  3. Cash payment during vehicle handover in IDR / Rupiah
  4. The driver must present the same original ID used in the booking.
  5. Additional charges will apply for pick up and drop off outside the available zones.
  6. Additional fees will be charged for special equipment, such as baby seats, GPS
  7. Renters and passengers are not allowed to smoke in the car.
  8. Renters should not bring pets, corpses, heavy building materials in the car.
  9. Renters may not transfer, rent, or use the car as collateral to other parties.
  10. Renters may only use the car for personal purposes Its use must not be contrary to the law.
  11. Renters shall not drive the car under the influence of alcohol and drive it outside a reasonable road.
  12. The provider reserves the right to repossess the car if the renter uses it to break the law.
  13. The renter must fill the car with the appropriate type of fuel.
  14. Renters must not drive the car into dangerous roads or areas.
  15. The renter must contact the provider immediately in case of an accident.
  16. Renters may not carry/drive the car out of the Bali island area.
  17. Must document in the form of Photos and Video the condition of the car at the time of handover and return.

Car returns

  1. The renter must return the car with the same volume of gasoline as when the car was received.
  2. Renters who return a car with less volume of gasoline than received will be charged to cover the difference.
  3. The renter must return the car in the same condition as when the car was received.
  4. The renter must return the car date and time as stated on the invoice.
  5. Renters are responsible for replacement or repair costs for loss or damage, car keys, accessories, and car tools, tools set.
  6. Renters are responsible for electronic ticketing, indiscriminate parking, and others that occur due to violations of the law during the rental period.
  7. The provider reserves the right not to refund the deposit if the car is damaged or if the renter violates the law during the rental period.
  8. The provider is not responsible for the items left on the car after the renter returns the car to the provider.

Time Limit for Use

  1. Use of more than 24 hours per rental day will be subject to an overtime fee of 10% per hour.
  2. Overtime exceeding 4 hours will be charged for one day rental.
  3. The renter must return the car no later than the rental completion time stated on the invoice.

Insurance

  1. In the event of an accident, the renter is required to bear the burden of Own Risk costs of IDR 300,000 per panel for one incident.
  2. If there is an accident caused by the tenant that causes the rental vehicle to be damaged, the tenant will be charged 25% of the total estimated cost published by the authorized workshop, and a rental fee of 80% of the rental fee per day if the rental vehicle must be in the workshop and cannot be used.
  3. loss of car key will be subject to a fine of IDR 1,500K, the key left on the car is subject to a fine of IDR 200K
